4 snapper filets, 4 to 6 ozs each
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 cup fish stock or clam juice
1 can diced tomatoes w/chilies
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup green and red pepper, diced
3 to 4 tbs flour
1/2 tomato- diced
seasonings, salt and pepper, to taste
