2 lbs beef flank steak , thinly sliced
4 tbs soy sauce
4 tbs roasted sesame oil, divided
4 tsp granulated sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbs fresh ginger , minced

 

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper pods
1 small red bell pepper, julienned
1 8-oz pkg frozen baby corn, thawed
2 cups fresh pea pods, julienned
2 cups fresh bean sprouts

Note: Sirloin, flank, or skirt steak are good cuts of beef for this recipe.
