CTL - About Us



		As producers of the popular outdoor television cooking show, Campfire Cafe, we receive thousands of emails and calls from viewers with cooking-related questions. Since it is much easier to demonstrate with video than explain with text, we launched this website to answer questions that should help anyone learn to cook. Watch as often as you like, and cook some great recipes!

			Our television show featured open-fire cooking methods. For this reason, most of our initial tutorials show recipes prepared over an open fire. However, we cook in the kitchen and outside on our barbecue grills just as often, so future tutorials will include demonstraions indoors and on the grill.


			New Tutorials will constantly be added to the Library, and any recipe demonstrated outdoors can easily be cooked indoors. Directions for both are included! We'll leave the choice of where up to you! Our goal is to offer options through visual directions so you can cook anything - anywhere!
